  2. I walk or do yoga.
  3. I unfollow people that make me feel bad about myself.
  4. I listen to inspiring music.
  5. I take lots of selfies.
  6. I forgive myself when things don’t go as planned.
  7. I channel my inner beauty.
  8. I list all my accomplishments that have nothing to do with with my body.
  9. I spend time with people who like me just the way I am.
  10. I choose self love.
