A List of Movies That Will Help You Get Over Your Ex

It’s over!!! How many of you went through a heartbreak? How many of you called up some friends, had a movie night, drank some alcohol, and ate some chocolate ice cream???? I am totally raising my hand. I have to binge watch some flicks right after a breakup. Oddly I always feel great right after.

It is important is self care and self care to allow yourself to feel a heartbreak. You need to take care of yourself during that time and find things that make you feel better. This is an important part of the process. You have to take time for yourself and do things for you.

Delete the number, delete the pictures, delete the texts, and block them on all social media. Turn off that cell phone……Curl up and grab the remote and snacks.
